There’s nothing as refreshing on a hot summer day as a popsicle. They’re delicious and healthier than ice cream. You can add fresh fruit and other fun additions to make your pops stand out. Popsicles are also a tasty treat that you can make at home. Here are some easy, yummy popsicle recipes that will be loved by kids and adults alike. If you don’t have popsicle molds use 3 oz. cups and popsicle sticks. Remember to put the sticks in the mold before you freeze your treats!

*Apple & grape popsicles

Stir together frozen grape concentrate and applesauce in your mold or cup. Then freeze until solid.

*Berry yogurt popsicles

Put a spoonful of vanilla frozen yogurt at the bottom of your mold, layer chopped strawberries and then another layer of yogurt, top it with blueberries and then place in the freezer until solid.

*Blueberry & honey popsicles

Blend into a puree soymilk,blueberries and honey, pour into mold and freeze until solid

*Watermelon & blueberry popsicles

Puree in a blender seedless watermelon, lime juice and sugar until smooth. Place blueberries at bottom of the molds and pour the puree of them. Freeze until solid.

*Green tea popsicles.

Brew strong green tea and mix in honey then freeze until solid.
